Compact Storage — Trays & Baskets
         

The trays and dividers are injection moulded in tough clear polycarbonate or ABS and are ideally suited to the rigours of a busy hospital routine. They are light weight, extremely strong and user friendly. They won't snag or damage contents. Hygienic, they can withstand prolonged high temperature machine washing and are resistant to standard detergents.

Simple slot in dividers, both solid and snappable, allow the trays to be compartmentalised lengthwise and breadthwise to accommodate the materials stored. Changes to layouts can be made in seconds.

Modular Laminate Cabinets
       

Pandae Cabinets are supplied complete with plastic liners for the space saving storage of our 50, 100 and 200mm deep trays and baskets. Constructed from high quality laminated board - these robust cabinets offer the optimum in space utilisation.

Modular cabinets are available either free standing or wall fixed.

 

 

 

Open fronted cabinets for direct tray access, or left hand, right hand or slit doors can be fitted.

In line with Health and safety requirements all Pandae cabinets can be fitted with customised sloping tops, sitting flush onto the cabinet top panel they ease cleaning and eliminate hoarding.

Mobile Shelving

An increase of up to 85% of valuable storage capacity

With conventional archiving and warehousing fixed shelving is used with a service aisle provided between each shelf. This takes up valuable storage space. Mobile shelving is more cost effective in the long term.

The mobile shelving system requires only one service aisle, as the shelving units are positioned on mobile bases and aisles can be created as required by shunting.

DP1000 Series

Optimal usage of storage space

The DP1000 series is an innovative concept, which enables the rack bays to be configured with complete freedom. It is easy to assemble and will handle a multitude of storage problems with ease thanks to a comprehensive range of accessories.

Variable packing levels can be achieved with decking and horizontal beams, and can be flexibly adapted to the size of the stored product. Levels are available in bay widths of 900 to 2400mm and with loading capacity of up to 600kg per level. The DP1000 is suitable for free-standing high bay storage installations with either pine decks, chipboard or mesh held by the horizontal beams.
